To ensure an exact match, please provide the original order number of the pole. Order the replacement Top Cap using TC FOR SSS 20 4C DDB MAEX 123-12345.

If this information is unavailable, please review the pictures of our different Top Caps and order based on the nomenclature shown on the appropriate drawing. Please make sure to include the color.
