5. Fixture mounting provision: (Drilling or Tenon or Plain Top) (number, side of pole and fixture type if require special drill pattern). See Diagram.
6. Aeris: “AS”, Omero – “AS”, Aeris Suspend “AST1” or “AST2“, ALX – “AS” require special drilling. See Full List.
7. Festoons: “FDL”, Extra Hand Holes – “EHH” and Arms – “H1-18S” must have placement on pole (height from base and side) – Festoon and HH - Steel and Festoon and HH - Aluminum
8. Vibration Damper: designated by “VD” if required.
9. Color: (DDB, DBL, DDBT, etc.) link to std. Lithonia colors and colors by RAL #.
10. Must have valid Call Before Number and contact name before the order will activate.
11. Match existing order numbers must be provided to ensure poles and parts (HHC, BC, TC) are sourced from same pole manufacturer. i.e. (SSS 25 5C DM19 DDB MAEX “insert original Lithonia order number here”).
12. Pole brackets (RBA, SBA) must specify pole top to fit on. RBA brackets should mount on a T25 aluminum tenon, but can be made to fit on a T20 aluminum tenon if the loading is acceptable. SBA brackets will fit on a SSA 4”, 5” or 6” pole - pole thickness must be included to ensure proper fit. SBS brackets will fit on a T20 steel tenon and BS brackets mount on a T20 steel tenon, but can be made to fit on a T25 or larger steel tenon.
